Running Windows XP Pro, version 2002, Service Pack 3 on a Dell Dimension 8400. Under Help and Support, tools, when trying to view general computer information, the green bar loads to 100%, then I get the hourglass and the message 'undefined' is null or not an object. First time I've seen this message; any help will be appreciated. Potomac, MD 1 person needs an answerI do too
